I consider the Le Chameau Neptune boot to be THE very best cold ocean sailing boot in the world. Le Chameau are the Rolex or Rolls Royce of the boot world and the handmade Neptune rubber sailing boot is just great. It's warm (neoprene lined), dry (with built-in gaiters) and robust and hardwearing.

Never used pair of Dubarry Crosshaven sailing boots.
Bought these for Leg 3 of 17/18 Clipper race, but found that although I've had Dubarry boots( Ultimas) before, the Crosshavens we're a little tight, especially if you want to wear thick socks or two pairs of thin ones which I preferred. I would say they would be perfect for size 11 foot. PS I bought myself new Ultimas in the end..
Latest style and technology. Very grippy soles. Completely waterproof, with gaiters. Essential piece of kit for deck safety especially when the boat is heeled right over! Kept my feet dry and they’re also breathable.

If you want the best boots for the Clipper Round the World Race, then these are the ones for you!! These were by far the most preferred boots on board my boat during the 15-16 race! Purchased for the Pacific Crossing, worn once, but unfortunately an injury stopped me continuing on in the race and therefore these boots are practically unworn and a total bargain!
