RETURNS PROCEDURE
It's simple. Either;
- Take the bag home with you (UK only) and arrange shipping back to us from there or,
- Arrange shipping online at the end of your hire period & drop off at a local drop-off point. We recommend Parcelforce & Gosport Post Office (if you hired for Clipper Training).
We recommend booking return shipping online with parcelforce.com. It should cost you about £12 with tracking and insurance up to £200. Simply book the service, print off the labels and attach them to the bag (we include a sticky backed documents envelope and address for this with your bag) and drop it off at the Gosport Post Office. It's about 450 metres from the Clipper Training Office.
