RETURNS PROCEDURE

It's simple. Either;
  1. Take the bag home with you (UK only) and arrange shipping back to us from there or,
  2. Arrange shipping online at the end of your hire period & drop off at a local drop-off point. We recommend Parcelforce & Gosport Post Office.
We recommend booking return shipping online with parcelforce.com. It should cost you about £12 with tracking and insurance up to £200. Simply book the service, print off the labels and attach them to the bag (we include a sticky backed documents envelope and address for this with your bag) and drop it off at the Gosport Post Office. It's about 450 metres from the Clipper Training Office.

REMEMBER to keep a receipt from the Post Office
