Used only during Legs 2, 3, 6 & 8. Seam seals intact & without any surface abrasion because used as inner dry suit & always worn with foulies as outer shell. Original patch supplied not used. No abrasion wear on heel areas of both socks. Socks liners (unused remainder supplied) Zipper operating smoothly. Rubber ends not torn & no visible wear. Bought to wear underneath foulies and dry suit as it can get PRETTY WET in the South Atlantic, Southern Ocean and Pacific. The simple mid-layer fleece from MUSTO was great but needed something that was Goretex. Ended up not using it as Covid stopped our race. Now the item is too small. Gill waterproof shorts with 'bum padding inserts - black £40 for both* or £25 each New with tags, I ended up with wearing a Large pair for the coldest bits of Leg 2. These made all the difference and kept me toasty warm on night watches. This season’s retail at £325 but you can get them for 275.
