We regularly receive 500 or more unique visits per month, many from new clipper crew. We're therefore an ideal place for former crew to advertise kit that has served them well and is now surplus to requirements.

Previously, we had a well stocked secondhand kit page but when we moved platform we decided not to migrate it as advertiser demand seemed limited. Apparently this was a mistake, as we are now regularly asked if we list secondhand kit!

So we brought it back..!

All kit is advertised here by sailors and/or previous crew. Most is secondhand and 'sold as seen'.

All transactions are entirely private between the advertiser and the users of this website. Fierce Turtle simply offers a platform for people to buy and sell their own kit and we in no way endorse the seller's claims or warrant their goods or their actions or inactions.

All parties should satisfy themselves as to condition, etc prior to purchase. Please use your common sense when arranging to meet or pay or dispatch items to someone you do not know.
